Ryan Snee (Rynho) produced an outstanding performance in Ironman Lanzarotte, placing 4th in his Age Group,narrowly missing a podium position.

His overall time of 10:23:19 included a personal best in the swim of 59:08 as

he joined the exclusive sub 1 hour club. Coupled with solid bike and run legs, this was an excellent performance on one of the worlds most toughest full distance courses.
