

Wolfpack Ironman Training plan & Membership
The first course we offer will enable you to complete a full Ironman in the most efficient manner to ensure you achieve the best possible performance for the least amount of pain.
You will have instant access for life to our closed Facebook page with other athletes, Wolfpack founder members & our coaches.
You will receive both the pre 10 week program & the 10 week run up to the event program, these bespoke programs are created by our in-house Ironman winner George Martindale & our other qualified coaches
Pro-Plan members will receive weekly feedback on key sessions & have all data tracked for future use.
You will benefit from inside knowledge, equipment tips, hacks for all manner of things Ironman related from Winners of Ironman races, Kona finishers & professional coaches.
We also have a Performance Nutritionist Ste Winrow from Winrow performance, and you will receive the full Ironman diet to work alongside your training plan
